Upon Launch the screen flashed on an off like a blinking Christmas light, looping so quickly asking for my apple id and password, then accepting it, next repeating the process over and over again.
Installed current version of iTunes for a Windows 10 32 bit machine. However knowing that the current version of iTunes was compatible with all previously released devices allowed me to pass the first hurdle. This was not the issue as the driver was up-todate and the device showed up as a device on the My Computer screen.
